Being Piazzatorre an area with no stones on the fields, it allows to ski also with a few inches of snow. Piazzatorre' station actually works 12 months a year with different turism targets for winter and summer. The managers count on incomparable landscapes in summer time and on a well organized structure to welcome the turists.
The new municipal sporting centre has soccer playground, tennis, volley and basket. About the ski we refer to Torcola mount, which its wide pasture lands are very well snowed
along 4 months a year at least. The skiable area is well "kissed" by the sun with the addiction of a good snow quality makes your skiing a total pleasure. Piazzatorre also offers the practice of skiing in town for beginners easily reachable by car or public services like bus. The town has an artificial skating on ice under cover track of olimpic size where hockey matches are usually played on.

how to reach us
From Bergamo follow the road to Valle Brembana till Lenna. Then follow the provincial road Lenna-Mezzoldo untill the crossroad to Piazzatorre (45km).
Still 3km driving and there you are at the ski station. Piazzatorre in well served by busescoming from Bergamo and Milan. From Milan to Piazzatorre the covered distance is about 95km.
